The Positive Caesarean Birth Course
The WORLD FIRST Caesarean Course
Maybe you had your heart set on a natural birth, but your only option is to have a caesarean. Sometimes, a caesarean is the safest way out for baby.
A caesarean birth still can and SHOULD be a wonderful and very positive experience.
This is the first time you will meet your baby on the “outside” – so it should be joyful!
Even though a caesarean can feel out of control, you DO still have options. You can still help to direct the course of your own birth through mindful preparation.
Connect with me and I will share this private course with you, over 4 hours, in my rooms in Rosny Park, Tasmania. You can book the course, over two morning sessions on weekends or evening sessions on weekdays.

A Beautiful Caesarean Story

"Just a quick email to let you know that our baby girl arrived safely on 14th November 2018 at 1003hrs. She is 8 pounds and 2 ounces of pure perfection. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for finding you and hypnobirthing for this special time. I did the fear release the night beforehand. I also had my positive affirmation cards. I put the butterfly garden on for the birth and I still can’t believe how calm and positive I felt. She actually started crying before she had even been lifted from my uterus but then they put her straight on my chest. There was a delay with the cord clamping and all checks were done with her on my chest. She did the crawl to my breast and shocked everyone by starting to feed even before we had left theatre. I bled less than the average Caesarean section and have had no complications post birth. I feel like I can honestly say the birth was amazing."
